- When do I receive my Track & Trace code?
You will receive the Track & Trace code as soon as your package has been processed.
- My Track & Trace code shows no status, is this correct?
When you have received your Track & Trace code, your package may not yet be in the hands of the shipping party. Therefore, you cannot yet see the status and the delivery time is not yet known. If this takes longer than 2 days, please contact our customer service.
- Can I change the delivery time?
Changing your delivery time is only possible once the first delivery attempt has been made. You can make a change via the link in your Track & Trace code.
- Can my order be delayed?
During busy periods, your package may take slightly longer to arrive than usual. For the most up-to-date information on the delivery status of your package, we advise you to keep a close eye on the Track & Trace code. You can also find more information on possible delays on our information page about shipping.
- My package is damaged, what should I do?
If your package is delivered damaged, refuse to accept it from the postal delivery service. Then contact our customer service immediately. Accepting a damaged package is at your own risk.
- What payment options do I have?
At Brandfield, you can pay for your order in various ways.

- Do I pay shipping costs?
We ship worldwide Therefore shipping costs may differ per country. On our information page about shipping you will find an overview of all shipping costs.
- What are the promotion conditions?
We often have fun promotions in combination with an order. You can find the conditions that apply to this on our promotion conditions page.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel or change your order. This is due to our fast delivery. You can return your order via the returns procedure. More information about cancelling your order can be found on our page about ordering.
- How do I return my order?
Go to https://www.returnform.com/brandfield and follow the instructions. You will then receive a return label indicating the return address. You can attach the return label to the outside of your package. Then hand in the parcel at a post office and you will receive a proof of posting. Keep this proof until you have received confirmation of your return.

- What are the return conditions?
You may return your ordered item(s) if it falls within the period within 30 days of receipt. In addition, the items must be undamaged and unused. More information on the return conditions can be found on our return page.
- How long does it take for my return shipment to be processed?
Once your return has reached us, it will be processed within 10 working days. After processing, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. More information on processing your return and possible details can be found on our return page.
- Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are unfortunately not possible with us. You may return the item and we will process the return if the order meets the conditions. You can then place a new order with the desired article.

Brandfield is an official internet dealer of the products we sell. The products we sell are 100% authentic.
- Do I have warranty?
The products we supply come with a standard manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee period applies without prejudice to the legal rights you have as a consumer. Please also refer to the detailed information on warranty on our warranty page.
- Can I have my purchased item repaired?
Is your item broken? Of course we find that very unfortunate and we are happy to solve it for you. Luckily, you can come to Brandfield for all kinds of repairs! Consult our repairs page for terms and conditions and any charges.
- How long will it take to complete my repair?
The average repair time for an item is 2 to 6 weeks. When an item is repaired under warranty, it has to be sent to the supplier in most cases. As a result, the repair time may be longer than 6 weeks. When parts are not in stock and have to be sent by the supplier, the repair time may also exceed 6 weeks.
