All offered products are original. That is why customers can claim warranty on every product. The warranty period differs and can be found on the product page specifications. It is possible to submit a request of reparation, when your product is damaged or defect.

What to do?

It is possible to repair every article bought in our (web)shop. Even when your warranty period has ended, it is still possible to let your product be repaired. Please contact our customer service.

The wrist band, watch glass, battery and crown of watches are excluded from the warranty. The warranty of sunglasses includes installation and material errors, while the jewelry warranty only focuses on material errors. The warranty of bags includes processing and product errors.
