Watches

What kind of warranty do I have on a watch?

Watches have a 1 year warranty from the date the watch was purchased. This warranty applies to the movement, hands and dial of the watch.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

The battery
Glass
Watch strap
Crown
Watch case
Product is damaged by the user, for example caused by dropping the item or scratches.
Damage from water and fire.
Damage through normal use. Such as scratches on the watchcase, the watch strap or the glass and discoloration of the watch.
When the battery stops working, even if this is within the warranty period.

What are the repair costs outside the warranty?

If your repair does not fall within our warranty, costs will be charged for repairing the item. Repair costs include costs of material, handling costs and shipping costs. Up to an amount of €50 we will not make a quotation. You’ll agree to this when agreeing to our general terms and conditions. When repair costs are €50 or more you will first receive a quotation.

Jewelry

What kind of warranty do I have on silver jewelry?

There’s a 6 month warranty term from the date of purchase. On silver jewelry with golden plating there is a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. De plating is a thin layer of 14 carat gold. This layer will wear out over time and from use. This warranty only covers material- and production errors.

What kind of warranty do I have on gold jewelry?

On 14 carat jewelry you have a 2 year warranty period from the date of purchase.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

Fracture (unless it’s a clear production error).
Loss of backside (poussettes).
Damage from normal wear, incorrect usage or wrong treatment.
Discoloration from usage of water, perfume, soap, lotion or hair spray.
Discoloration from high acidity of the skin.
Discoloration from cleaning the jewelry with chemicals.
Handled by third parties, the warranty is cancelled.

What are the repair costs outside the warranty?

There is a 3 month warranty period on watch straps from the date of purchase. Warranty covers only production errors.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

Wear of the watch strap due to normal use.
All wear or defects not assessed as a production error.

Bags & wallets

What kind of warranty do I have on bags and wallets?

On bags and wallets there is a warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers production errors or defects to the product such as a defect zipper and broken locks.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

This warranty doesn’t cover wear or damage caused by normal use, wrong use (such as carrying unusual items in the bag), wear of scrubbing against a rough surface, accidents, exposure to extreme temperatures and damage due to exposure to chemicals.

Sunglasses

What kind of warranty do I have on sunglasses?

There is a warranty period of one year for sunglasses from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers production errors or defects to the product such as loose glasses or coating, production errors in the hinges or missing parts.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

Scratches or dents on the glasses or frame.
Dropping your sunglasses.
Discoloration of the parts.
Parts breaking off.
Signs of use or user damage.

Accessories

What kind of warranty do I have on accessories?

There is a 3 month warranty period on accessories from the date of purchase. Warranty covers only production errors.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

Signs of use or user damage.
Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures or chemicals.
Damage from handling by third parties.
