Do I have a warranty?

Can I have my purchased item repaired?
Is your item damaged? We understand that this is very frustrating and we will gladly help resolve it for you. Fortunately, you can contact Brandfield for various repairs. Please consult our repair page for the conditions and any possible costs. -
How long does it take before my repair is ready?
The average repair time for an item is 2 to 6 weeks. When an item is repaired under warranty, it usually needs to be sent to the supplier. As a result, the repair time may be longer than 6 weeks. If parts are not in stock and need to be supplied by the supplier, the repair time may also exceed 6 weeks.
