Can I still use a Fashioncheque to pay for my order?
No, from January 1, 2025, Fashioncheque will no longer be accepted as a payment method. This change is the result of new regulations in which Fashioncheque is no longer considered an electronic gift product. Do I also pay shipping costs?
At Brandfield, we believe it is important to make our delivery process smarter and more sustainable. DHL visits ServicePoints daily, which is why we encourage customers to collect their order there for free on orders above €50. In this way, we reduce unnecessary delivery trips together. Would you prefer home delivery? Of course, that is also possible. For this extra stop, we charge €3.95 for orders under €50 and €2.95 for orders above €50. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the delivery method. Shipping costs are calculated after any discounts have been applied due to promotions, product discounts, vouchers, or discount codes.
