Netherlands & Belgium: 1 to 3 business days

Germany & France: 1 to 3 business days

Rest of Europe: 2 to 5 business days

United States & worldwide: 5 to 7 business days

How much does shipping cost?

At Brandfield, delivery to a parcel point is free for orders over €50 with a delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium. For home delivery, the cost is €2.95 for orders over €50, and €3.95 for orders under €50.

What if I order on the weekend or a holiday?

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays will be processed the next business day.

Prefer to collect your order at a time that suits you? At Brandfield, you can choose free pickup at a DHL ServicePoint for orders over €50 in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Simply select a DHL ServicePoint during checkout and pick up your parcel whenever it’s convenient for you. You’ll receive a track and trace link once your order has been shipped, so you know exactly when it’s ready for collection.

Easy Returns Within 30 Days
