A conscious choice for delivery
At Brandfield, we aim to make our deliveries smarter and more sustainable. DHL visits ServicePoints daily, which is why we encourage you to collect your order there. This helps reduce additional trips and lowers our shared environmental impact.
Prefer home delivery? That is of course also possible. For this extra stop, we charge €2.95.
Received a damaged or incomplete package?
Is your parcel damaged or is something missing? Refuse the parcel upon delivery or at the DHL ServicePoint if it is visibly damaged. Then report this to our customer service within 5 working days.
After this period, DHL can no longer process damage or missing-item claims. We therefore advise you to check your order immediately upon receipt.
Frequently asked questions about delivery
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time can be found at the bottom of this page under “Delivery times”. Products that are in stock in our warehouse are shipped the same day, excluding public holidays. In some cases, we use external warehouses. In that case, you will receive a separate tracking link per product via email.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email including the Track & Trace code from the carrier.
What delivery options are available?
- Collection at a DHL ServicePoint, free above €50
- Home delivery, €3.95 below €50, €2.95 above €50
- Choose a preferred delivery date up to 10 working days after ordering
