What kind of warranty do I have on a watch?

Watches have a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the movement, hands and dial of the watch.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

  • The battery
  • Glass
  • Watch strap
  • Crown
  • Watch case
  • Damage caused by the user (e.g. dropping or scratches)
  • Damage from water or fire
  • Damage from normal wear and tear
  • Battery failure, even within the warranty period

What are the repair costs outside the warranty?

If your repair does not fall within our warranty, costs will be charged. Repair costs include materials, handling and shipping. Up to €50 we will not provide a quotation. When repair costs are €50 or more you will first receive a quotation.

Jewelry

What kind of warranty do I have on silver jewelry?

There is a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase. On silver jewelry with gold plating there is a 3 month warranty on plating. Plating is a thin layer of 14 carat gold and will naturally wear over time. This warranty covers material and production errors only.

What kind of warranty do I have on gold jewelry?

On 14 carat jewelry you have a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.

Which matters aren't covered by the warranty?

  • Fractures (unless proven production error)
  • Loss of earring backs (poussettes)
  • Damage from normal wear
  • Incorrect use or improper treatment
  • Discoloration from water, perfume, soap, lotion or hairspray
  • Discoloration caused by high skin acidity
  • Cleaning the jewelry with chemicals
  • Handling by third parties (voids warranty)

What are the repair costs outside the warranty?

What kind of warranty do I have on a watch strap?

There is a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers production errors only.

Which matters aren't covered?

  • Normal wear of the strap
  • Damage not assessed as a production error

Bags & Wallets

What kind of warranty do I have on bags and wallets?

There is a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers production defects such as defective zippers or broken locks.

Which matters aren't covered?

  • Wear from normal use
  • Incorrect use (e.g. carrying unusual items in the bag)
  • Damage from scrubbing against rough surfaces
  • Accidents
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by chemicals

Sunglasses

What kind of warranty do I have on sunglasses?

There is a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers production defects such as loose lenses, hinge defects or missing parts.

Which matters aren't covered?

  • Scratches or dents on lenses or frame
  • Dropping the sunglasses
  • Discoloration
  • Broken parts
  • Signs of use or user damage

Accessories

What kind of warranty do I have on accessories?

There is a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty covers production errors only.

  • Signs of use
  • User damage
  • Damage from extreme temperatures
  • Damage caused by chemicals
