You can return your order within 30 days after receiving it. Below we explain our return policy step by step.
When can I return my item?
Your item can be returned if it:
- Is not damaged
- Has not been used
- Is returned within 30 days of receipt
Your return will not be accepted if:
- The item shows user damage
- The original packaging is missing
- The issue is not covered by warranty
Please note: gift cards are not returnable.

How to return a product
- Visit brandfield.returnless.com and follow the instructions to receive your return label.
- Pack the item securely so it cannot move during transit.
- Include the return form received by e-mail to avoid delays.
- Keep your proof of shipment safe. Without it, we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Note: Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping costs are at your own expense.
After we receive your return
Within 10 working days after receipt, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Returns delivered during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
We assess whether the item is in good condition and suitable for resale. You are only liable for any reduced value caused by usage beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Refund
Once approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 working days. Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original order.
Return conditions
- Always mention your order number.
- Items must be returned within 30 days.
- The product must be undamaged and unworn.
- Return in original packaging including accessories and warranty card.
- Labels, stickers and protective materials may not be removed.
- If paid partly or fully with a gift card, the refund will be credited to that card.
- Customers are responsible for return shipments. Insuring your package is recommended.
Returns cannot be fully processed if:
- Special offers received with the order are missing.
- Gift wrap is non-refundable.
- The item is damaged but repairable. Costs may apply.
- The item is damaged beyond repair and will be returned to you.
